For EU orders, we accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover and PayPal.
EU prices are inclusive of VAT.

For US orders, we accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and PayPal.
No US sales tax will be added to your order, as we ship from Germany.

All information you supply when making payments is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
All transactions are processed through a PCI compliant gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. Where available, payments are additionally protected by 3D secure, an extra security layer for online credit card transactions that adds an authentication step.

The personal data you provide to us (e.g. your name or contact details) will only be used to process your order and payment and to deliver your goods. Your personal data will never be used or shared beyond these purposes. 

At this time we are only shipping to the US and EU, with more countries coming soon.

All orders are shipped from Germany.

EU orders:
Standard delivery ships free of charge via UPS Standard and usually arrives within 2 to 4 business days. 
Express delivery ships via UPS Express (30€) and usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days. 

US orders:
US orders ship free of charge via UPS Express and usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days. 
We provide a delivery duty paid (DDP) service for US orders, meaning all relevant local taxes and duties are covered by us.
Delivery times to the US are estimates and can occasionally take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures.
We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, United States Virgin Islands, and American Samoa) at this time.

Every order will be processed as quickly as possible and will be shipped out within 2 business days. 
Processing times do not include weekends or German federal holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

US & EU orders:
Lutz Morris offers free return shipping and will accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
Please inform us of your intention to return by sending an email to and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. All returned orders must include a copy of your invoice, the original Lutz Morris box, dust bag, customer card, and original box and packing material. Items with any sign of wear will not be accepted for return or refund. Your order will need to arrive to us within 14 days from the date you received it. 

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please know that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account, due to varying processing times between payment providers.

When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. All prices listed on our website are correct at the time of entering the information, but we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices for purchases in the European Union are inclusive of VAT. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT if applicable) and shipping method. You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.

All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Order Status:
You will receive email confirmation at the time you place your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including a link to track your package.

Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please email as soon as possible with any requests, as we are unable to make modifications or cancellations after we have started the shipment process. 

Although we endeavor to ship all orders within 2 business days from processing completion, these times are provided as guidelines only. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or any other uncontrollable event.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 14 days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary.
